Choose composited fabric when your bag design requires the material to hold its shape without additional stiffening inserts, such as for structured bag panels, laptop bag shells, or rigid-body bag bases.
3. Is this fabric much heavier than standard Oxford?
Yes. At 420 g/m² and 0.94 mm, this is approximately twice the weight and thickness of standard 420D single-layer Oxford (290 g/m²). This is appropriate for structured bag applications.
